Responsibilties:

Lead all operational, clinical, and administrative functions of the facility.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.

Maintain licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of employment.

Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.

Foster a positive, mission-driven culture for residents, families, and staff.

Serve as liaison to the Advisory Board and community stakeholders.

Drive quality improvement, risk management, and strategic planning initiatives.

Oversee and evaluate department leaders, including performance reviews.

Job Requirements

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of employment (required)

Master’s Degree in Administration or related field (required)

Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in along-term nursing home facility

Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and operations
