Job Description:

Join our team as the Sr. Director of Business Development, a key role in our succession planning with potential to advance to VP within five years.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies.
• Identify new opportunities and trends.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Lead proposal development and review underwriting.
• Collaborate with internal departments for client satisfaction.
• Mentor the business development team.
• Track KPIs and report to executive leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications:

• Proven business development and deal execution experience within the real estate management industry.
• Strong networking and cold-calling skills.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, CoStar, and Yardi Matrix.
• Willingness to travel.
