We’re seeking a highly experienced Principal/Managing Director to lead the Austin office and play a key role in shaping the future of our operations.
Base pay range : $185,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead as both Principal and Senior Project Manager on significant, complex projects.
- Mentor and inspire a talented team of engineers, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure success.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural, and civil engineers.
- Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and within the professional community.
Experience
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas required ; LEED AP certification preferred.
- Strong background in the design of MEP systems.
- Proven success in growing and managing a design office.
- Communication and relationship-building skills.
