About OACRA

OACRA (Offender‑Oriented Compliance & Rehabilitation App) is a national justice‑tech platform connecting justice‑involved individuals with verified treatment providers, DUI programs, counseling centers, reentry services, and other court‑aligned resources.

We maintain structured, state‑specific directories designed to improve compliance and increase visibility for legitimate service providers.

Our mission is to increase access to verified services while supporting accountability and rehabilitation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Commission‑Based Growth Partner to help onboard treatment providers, DUI schools, behavioral health organizations, counseling centers, and reentry programs into the OACRA directory. This role focuses on direct outreach and closing annual Verified Provider subscriptions.

You will:

  • Prospect providers via LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach
  • Introduce OACRA’s Verified Provider subscription
  • Close annual subscription agreements
  • Support provider onboarding into state directories

Compensation

Commission Only

  • 40% commission on each annual subscription sold
  • Commission paid per closed and confirmed subscription

Example: $199 annual subscription = ~$80 commission per sale

This role is performance‑driven and suited for individuals comfortable working on commission.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in B2B sales (healthcare, behavioral health, SaaS, directories, or service‑based industries preferred)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and direct communication
  • Strong closing skills
  • Self‑motivated and organized
  • Understanding of treatment, DUI programs, counseling, or reentry services is a plus
