About You
You should be driving overall user, revenue, or product strategic growth. You should have a passion for the industry and be able to identify business opportunities, build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with management on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance, and maximizing business reach and potential. You should genuinely enjoy working with all kinds of people, as you will be interacting with clients (issuers and investors) who come to you for help and guidance through what can be, at times, challenging situations.
You should also have

- The ability to learn quickly (you will be expected to thoroughly learn securities law pertaining to accredited investors – Section 501 of Regulation D and the requirements of Section 506(c) of Regulation D in order to respond accurately and efficiently to client inquiries).
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to work diplomatically with diverse personalities—even when clients are impatient or escalated.

Integrity is essential for this role, as you will handle highly sensitive information. A background check will be required.
The Job
As the Manager, Growth & Strategy, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing initiatives across business development, strategic outreach, and client engagement. You will support companies that utilize our services, guide their investors, and drive industry outreach efforts to expand our partnerships and market presence.
Success in this role requires a solid understanding of securities laws (training provided), deep knowledge of our system (training provided), strong problem‑solving abilities, the ability to work without guidance and sound judgment You will often work with busy, fast‑moving business partners who expect prompt and polished communication. A passion for helping clients succeed and delivering exceptional service is key.
In addition, you will collaborate with the marketing team on initiatives such as blog review and SEO maintenance, contribute to conference preparation and attendance, and serve as a key partner in customer support efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to email and phone inquiries from potential and current business partners.
- Lead strategic outreach efforts to identify and build new partnership opportunities.
- Evaluate business opportunities and provide insights that support strategic growth planning.
- Review, contribute to, and elevate marketing content including blogs.
- Monitor support ticket workflows and help ensure smooth, timely resolution.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives, including customer support, marketing, social media, website testing, billing, and other projects as needed.
*While growth strategy and business development are the primary focus of this role, you may also be called upon to support other teams to maintain an integrated, seamless experience for our clients.
Experience
- Digital technology, corporate, financial, or legal industry experience: 5+ years
- Business development or sales‑related service: 3+ years
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted
