Strategic Responsibilities
- Serve as a key strategic partner to the Chief Learning Officer and Learning Leadership Team, shaping and driving the long-term vision and strategy for Enterprise Learning.
- Lead the design and execution of large-scale learning initiatives and transformation programs that align with organizational priorities and Talent & Inclusion objectives.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement, introducing new methodologies, technologies, and operating models to advance learning effectiveness and impact.
- Represent Enterprise Learning at the enterprise level, building strong partnerships with senior leaders across functions and geographies.
- Provide strategic leadership in the development or expansion of a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar global shared service, leveraging global resources to maximize value.
Operational Responsibilities
- Oversee the full financial management lifecycle for the Learning organization, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization.
- Establish and continuously improve governance frameworks to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and risk management across all learning initiatives.
- Direct the operationalization of key projects, ensuring effective project management, resource allocation, and delivery of results.
- Lead the preparation of executive-level communications, business reviews, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability across the global learning team and matrix partners.

- Exceptional financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets at scale.
- Proven ability to design and implement governance and operational frameworks in large, matrixed organizations.
- Outstanding project and program management skills, with a track record of delivering enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Superior communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities at the executive level.
- Strategic, innovative, and solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for advancing learning and talent development.
- Ability to inspire, lead, and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic, global environment.
The Best Suited Candidates Will Have
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related field) strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in learning, HR, operations, or related fields, with significant leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated success in managing large budgets and financial processes for enterprise functions.
- Deep experience in strategy and operations within learning, HR, or talent organizations.
- Direct experience developing or leading a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar global shared service is highly desirable.
- Expertise in change management, digital transformation, and agile ways of working.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
- Experience working in global, highly matrixed organizations.
Compensation Overview
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
