About The Team
The team’s work encompasses the entire lifecycle of software artifacts, from inception to archival. Work and Code Management systems – Jira serves as the single source of truth for all work items, features, and defects. This planning layer is integrated with GitHub, which manages the source code and version control, to establish a clear, auditable trail from requirement to code.

Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field)
- Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

Salary ranges by location: McLean, VA – $158,400–$180,800; Richmond, VA – $144,000–$164,400; New York, NY – $172,800–$197,200; Plano, TX – $144,000–$164,400; and other locations per the applicable pay range. This role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation.
