Compensation: $94-120k

Bonus Structure:

• 15% annual bonus
• $35k in new hire equity vested over 5 years

Must-haves

• Bachelors Degree or one of the following certifications: (B.O.M.A Real Property Administrator designation / I.R.E.M Certified Property Manager designation )
• 5+ years of Commercial Property Management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple direct reports
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Day-to-Day

Insight Global is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Manager to support a Mission Critical real estate investment trust, sitting in Mclean, VA! This individual will be responsible for the overall management of staff and the properties, ensuring that customer service is quality and the properties operate within appropriate budget requirements. This role also will be responsible for ensuring all physical assets are maintained in good condition. Additional responsibilities include:

• Managing overall tenant relations, preparing and submitting monthly tenant visit logs, communicate with on- or off-site tenant contacts regularly
• Prepare and submit accurate building operating and capital budgets in a timely manner, participate in quarterly reforecast process, implement cost control procedures, monitor all building expenses, review and approve all invoices, respond to Common Area Maintenance inquiries
• Inspect properties on a regular basis to ensure they are being maintained and quality of service is being provided, review all leases to assure tenants are receiving proper level of service, provide emergency 24-hour on-call service to respond to problems that occur and provide direction to staff/subcontractors
• Develop staffing plans, oversee recruiting/hiring, supervision, disciplinary actions, salary administration, performance appraisals and terminations, develop and train staff, etc.
