
Responsibilities
- Lead organizational strategy, fundraising, and advocacy efforts
- Grow and engage a statewide membership of health professionals
- Build partnerships with health, climate, and policy leaders
- Represent Healthy Climate NM in public forums and coalitions
- Manage operations, staff, and budget in collaboration with the Board
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree in public health, healthcare, nonprofit management, or related field preferred)
- Min 5 years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit management, including budgeting and fundraising
- Proven success in securing funding from grants, donors, and foundations
- Experience with policy advocacy and legislative engagement
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and environmental justice
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
$75,000–$90,000, with annual performance-based bonus based on fundraising benchmarks
