EVP, Managing Director – iProspect

As EVP, Managing Director , you are the strategic architect behind iProspect’s largest client partnerships, delivering transformative media solutions and orchestrating sustained business growth. You serve as the lead developer of integrated strategies and high‑performing teams while nurturing C‑suite relationships and unlocking new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the ultimate client & strategic leader across global or regional accounts, acting as the primary liaison with senior‑most client leadership, ensuring no surprises and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Represent the agency internally and externally through industry events, panels, media, etc., elevating our profile and influence in the industry.
  • Build and drive integrated solutions across dentsu capabilities to maximize client impact and value.
  • Identify and capture new revenue streams through insight‑driven growth plans – expanding beyond current scopes.
  • Actively participate in the growth vision for iProspect by leading workstreams outside your portfolio on behalf of the agency at large.
  • Drive growth through alternative revenue streams (amplifi) and embrace AI‑driven technology solutions.
  • Ensure you have a high‑functioning, high‑performing team that delivers for and collaborates effectively with clients.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on external and internal dynamics to identify risks and challenges early and initiate action plans.

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Own the P&L, driving revenue and profit growth across service lines.
  • Lead flagship pitches such as a $250M full‑funnel pitch independently.
  • Show success in expanding existing scopes of work.
  • Lead annual business planning and performance reviews end‑to‑end.
  • Negotiate contracts both locally and globally.
  • Develop long‑term strategic roadmaps for clients, translating business goals into actionable media solutions.
  • Lead operational excellence across all functions, making financial and commercial decisions without oversight.
  • Balance client needs with business needs, navigating day‑to‑day negotiations with clients, teams, and profitability metrics.

Organizational Leadership

  • Take on additional responsibilities beyond portfolio management to drive growth and development for people and clients.

The annual base salary range for this position is $300,000–$400,000. Placement within the salary range is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
