The Waldorf School of Baltimore is seeking its next Executive Director to begin on or before July 2026 .

In partnership with our Search Committee, the Board of Trustees has identified the key attributes we seek in our next leader—an approachable, mission-driven, and visionary individual who will guide our community with warmth, strategic insight, and collaborative spirit.

Our next Executive Director will be collaborative presence — someone who delights in connecting with people, leading with heart, and building the school’s future through strong partnerships and inspired fundraising.
