Program Director - Home and Community Based
Join Northeast Family Services, a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through telehealth, in-person, and in-home services. We are seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician to lead our growing Home and Community Based program.
The Program Director provides leadership and oversees daily operations of in-home behavioral therapy, in-home therapy, and related programs. The Director guides staff, develops treatment methodologies, and ensures effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for our clients.
Qualifications
- LICSW Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – licensure is REQUIRED
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) – REQUIRED
- Minimum of five years experience working with behavioral disorders and previous in-home therapy experience
- Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle for commuting to one of our office locations

Compensation
- Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000
