Director, Technical Product – AI / HealthTech

Our direct client is a healthcare technology company helping organizations modernize IT systems while keeping secure access to historical clinical and operational data. They are seeking a Director of Product to lead their Healthcare Data Archive platform.

Job Title : Director of Product – HealthTech

Employment Type : Full-time

Location : Remote – EST hours

Salary Range : $160,000 – $180,000 base + 10% on-target bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for legacy system decommissioning and data archiving.
• Define requirements and guide development for extracting, migrating, and normalizing healthcare data.
• Introduce automation and cloud-native solutions to improve efficiency and AI readiness.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams on launches, pricing, and adoption.
• Own P&L and drive platform adoption across hospitals, labs, payers, and other healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in health IT product management or healthcare data platforms.
• Knowledge of EMR systems and large-scale data migrations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results.
• Exposure to cloud, automation, and AI initiatives preferred.
