Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive technical direction for Inverters and PCS critical components in alignment with overall corporate objectives.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and formulate market penetration strategies.
- Partnership and Vendor Relationship Management: Create and maintain positive relationships with strategic partners and selected vendors.
- Product Positioning and Differentiation: Define and communicate the unique value proposition of Inverters and PCS, ensuring clear differentiation in the market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging and marketing strategies.
- Global Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Regional Market Adaptation: Collaborate with regional teams to tailor strategies based on local market conditions and regulatory requirements.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to end-of-life, ensuring products meet or exceed market expectations.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for the Inverters and PCS product lines, with a focus on maximizing profitability and return on investment.
- Pricing Strategy Development: Implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in product management, strategy, or business development, with a focus on power conversion technologies and systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Inverters, Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and related technologies.
- Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing and collaborating across organizational levels.
- Experience in managing global teams and navigating complex, matrix organizational structures.
- Preferred extensive experience with Inverters and PCS components in the ESS and automotive industries.
