Your Mission
The Client Executive is accountable for both farming (up-sell and cross-sell) and delivery in large accounts.
Responsibilities
- Meet and aim to exceed services booking and revenue quotas.
- Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities in accounts.
- Network within the industry, market, and accounts to bring new client opportunities to Wipro consulting teams.
- Identify and develop key partner strategies for specific customers and market segments.
- Contribute to joint product and consulting opportunities around Wipro application solutions.
- Communicate effectively at all client levels.
- Quickly understand client business and technical needs and tailor consulting solutions accordingly.
- Manage all phases of business development cycles to successful closure, including proposal development, scope estimation, and client presentations.
- Lead market segment initiatives through industry and community involvement.
- Add industry-specific and technology solution expertise to the sales process.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure additional business.
Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
- 12+ years experience in a solution consulting organization.
- Prior experience in business application sales, especially in Messaging, Collaboration, Mobile, or Social applications.
- Proven success in solutions-oriented service sales.
- Strong motivation to sell on-demand products/services full-time.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and team-oriented approach.
- Located and authorized to work in the U.S.
