About The Company

Our client is a multidisciplinary construction and infrastructure contractor specializing in civil, utility, and renewable-energy projects. Its capabilities include transportation and site development work, power and gas infrastructure, and large‑scale clean‑energy installations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company‑wide software strategy that supports growth, efficiency, and innovation within the civil and utility construction sectors
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities
• Lead initiatives to improve business intelligence, reporting, and data governance
• Oversee the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of CMiC modules
• Direct CMiC upgrades, module rollouts, and user training programs
• Manage CMiC integrations with external applications
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
• 10‑15 years of software leadership experience in the construction or engineering industry
• Hands‑on CMiC ERP experience required
• At‑Risk construction management experience
• Proven success managing enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and integrations
• Familiarity with construction workflows
• Expert‑level knowledge of CMiC ERP modules and data structure

Salary Range

$200,000 – $300,000
