What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement therapeutic recreation programs tailored to resident needs
- Facilitate individual and group activities across varied functional levels
- Complete assessments, care plans, progress notes, and MDS documentation
- Coordinate special events, community outings, and volunteer involvement
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families
- Support residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs in both group and individual settings
What You Bring
- CTRS, MMT, or AT credential
- RAC certification and good standing (required if not CTRS, MMT, or AT)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an Activities Department within a healthcare setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent attendance and reliability
