Regulatory Strategy is looking to enhance its team with a dynamic and skilled Product Owner. This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate across the firm, engaging with diverse departments such as Lines of Business/Functions, Control Management, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Finance, and Audit. The successful candidate will cultivate expertise in the firm’s regulatory agenda and acquire a comprehensive understanding of governance at a firm‑wide level.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team.
  • Lead application design initiatives (including creating detailed mock‑ups), ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Write and prioritize stories while maintaining the product backlog to ensure it aligns with customer needs and business priorities.
  • Conduct and lead refinement discussions, ensuring clarity and precision in story writing.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including business stakeholders, technology, and UX, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on product goals.
  • Drive innovation projects to enhance system capabilities, including reporting and analytics (e.g., Machine Learning/AI; evaluate technology to automate data capture and improve quality).
  • Monitor product performance and make data‑driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product‑related inquiries and provide regular updates and training to stakeholders on product progress and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in product management or a related role, working in an agile environment with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex products.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with Scrum teams.
  • Strong front‑end application design skills with a focus on UX best practices.
  • Strong background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing and executing test plans.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working across the firm with technology teams and business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage tight delivery timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure with a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • Background in Technology.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive total rewards package including a base salary determined to reflect the role, experience, skill set and location.
