This role spans the full manufacturing value chain, from customer demand forecasting through supply chain planning, material requirements planning (MRP), factory scheduling and shop‑floor intelligence, and enterprise financial forecasting.This leader will identify high‑value opportunities to leverage advanced analytics and AI; translate manufacturing, commercial, and operational needs into clear AI product requirements; and drive delivery through close collaboration with business stakeholders, digital & data teams, and the AI Engineering & Lab.The role emphasizes strategic alignment, roadmap ownership, cross‑functional orchestration, and business value realization.**What a typical day looks like:*** Develop and own the end‑to‑end AI strategy for enterprise forecasting across Demand, Supply, MRP, Production, and Financials.* Build a multi‑year roadmap of AI forecasting products, including value cases, readiness assessments, and sequencing.* Translate forecasting and planning challenges into well‑scoped AI use cases, including problem statements, success metrics, data requirements, and deployment pathways.* Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, planning cycles, and digital architecture.* Drive design, testing, integration, and scaling of forecasting AI solutions into operational environments and workflows.* Coordinate delivery across AI Engineering, Data Science, IT, Data Platform, Operations Technology, and functional SMEs.* Ensure the organization is prepared to adopt AI‑driven forecasting tools through clear process design, training, and governance.* Communicate progress, risks, and business outcomes to senior leadership.**The skills we are looking to add to our team:*** 10+ years of experience in product management, AI/ML product ownership, or enterprise forecasting roles.* Deep knowledge of forecasting across at least one major domain: + Customer Demand Planning + Supply & Inventory Planning + Material Requirements Planning (MRP) + Production Scheduling / Factory Planning + Financial Forecasting* Experience working with data, analytics, and AI‑enabled solutions in manufacturing or supply‑chain‑intensive environments.* Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and AI solution designs.* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.* Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.* Familiarity with agile and iterative delivery methodologies.**Some of our preferred experiences:*** Experience deploying AI/ML forecasting models (e.g., time‑series, gradient boosting, deep learning).* Understanding of enterprise planning systems (e.g., Onestream, Kinaxis).* Background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply-chain analytics, or operations research.* Experience operationalizing AI solutions into factory systems, planning environments, or financial planning processes.CA47SS26AA01**What you'll receive for the great work you provide:*** Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans* Life Insurance* Short-term and Long-term Disability* Matching 401(k) Contributions* Vacation and Paid Sick Time* Tuition Reimbursement## ## Job CategoryDesign, Process & Technology Engineering## NoFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
