Longevity Academy is building a category-defining longevity education ecosystem focused on adults 50+ who want extended healthspan, clarity, strength, and vitality.

Our proprietary framework — the Longevity Lyfe Operating System (LL-OS) — is a structured, tiered progression system designed for real-world application.

We are launching our Certified Longevity Lyfe Coach Program and are seeking a Certification Director to lead academic delivery, coach clients, uphold standards, and oversee coach competency.

This is a part‑time leadership contractor role with long‑term expansion potential.

Responsibilities

Coaching Clients and Coaches

  • Coach clients
  • Facilitate weekly cohort sessions with coaches
  • Oversee grading and certification requirements
  • Enforce assessment rigor
  • Maintain curriculum alignment with LL-OS

Coach Competency & Readiness

  • Evaluate case studies
  • Approve coaches
  • Identify performance gaps
  • Guide remediation when needed

Business Integration Oversight

  • Ensure coaches understand implementation and business fundamentals
  • Support use of done-for-you assets
  • Reinforce client delivery structure

Ideal Background

  • 7+ years of coaching experience
  • Demonstrated business-building experience
  • Experience facilitating structured cohorts
  • Experience working with adults 50+
  • Credentialed health professional (NBC-HWC, IFM-trained, RD, NP, Exercise Physiologist, or equivalent)
  • Strong operational and systems mindset

You must be comfortable

  • Leading independently
  • Operating within defined frameworks
  • Protecting scope boundaries (This is non‑medical)
  • Being accountable for standards

Time Commitment

8–12 hours per week during active cohorts plus 1 on 1 and Group Coaching

Compensation

Monthly retainer
Revenue share on certification cohorts
Growth potential as the ecosystem expands
