Delta Health System is seeking a Program Director to oversee and direct Rehabilitation Services. This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising departmental operations, administering physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician, and providing leadership to rehabilitation staff. The Program Director will maintain performance improvement initiatives within the department and actively participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities.
Qualifications:
- Current Mississippi licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Pathologist
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in all aspects of rehabilitation nursing
- At least two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Current BLS certification
