Overview

Prospect Presbyterian Church seeks a Head of Staff to lead us into our next season of ministry.

We are looking for a spiritually grounded, collaborative leader who will:

• Preach with theological depth, relevance, and energy
• Strengthen congregational vitality, engagement and organizational leadership
• Guide a diverse, multicultural congregation with creativity, empathy and vision
• Lead Christian education, discipleship, and spiritual formation for all ages
• Collaborate with Session in visioning, strategic planning, and ministry leadership

Qualifications

• Ordained or ordination-eligible PC(USA) minister
• 5–10 years of pastoral leadership experience
• Experience serving a diverse congregation or working in a multi‑cultural setting
• Strong preaching, pastoral care, and administrative leadership skills
