We’re looking for a Senior Account Director who can lead high-level client strategy while driving flawless execution across a large-scale 2026 project. This role will oversee key client partnerships at the executive level, ensuring alignment across strategy, staffing delivery, financial performance, and long-term relationship growth.

This is a leadership role responsible not only for client satisfaction, but for team performance, operational excellence, and commercial success across the full lifecycle of the program.

Position Summary

The Senior Account Director serves as the executive lead for assigned client partnerships on this project. This role owns the overall account strategy, financial oversight, and relationship management while guiding Account Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

The Senior Account Director ensures alignment between client objectives and internal execution, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization. This individual partners closely with Project Directors, Regional Project Managers, Staffing, HR, and Finance to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own executive-level client relationships and serve as the senior strategic partner across all activations.
  • Lead account strategy, ensuring alignment between client goals and staffing execution plans.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to Account Managers and account teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Drive financial performance of the account, including budget oversight, margin management, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Oversee staffing strategy in partnership with Project Directors and Staffing leadership to ensure appropriate talent placement and resource allocation.
  • Identify risks early and lead proactive mitigation planning across operations, staffing, and compliance.
  • Manage escalations at the highest level and serve as the final decision-maker on complex client issues.
  • Ensure KPIs, service level agreements, and contractual commitments are met or exceeded.
  • Lead client business reviews, executive updates, and post-program reporting with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless internal alignment.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the account structure.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and long‑term partnership development.

Requirements & Skills

  • Extensive experience in account management, client services leadership, experiential marketing, or large-scale staffing operations.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client relationships and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and margin performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing account teams or cross-functional program teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture planning with operational execution.
  • Strong escalation management and risk mitigation experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple markets, high-headcount programs, and complex logistics.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools, staffing systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with tight deadlines.
