Enterprise Sales Director

This role leads enterprise growth by building strategic, long-term partnerships with CHROs and Chief Talent Officers in organizations with $1B+ in revenue.

As a Sales Director, you will operate as a consultative advisor to senior HR and Talent leaders, aligning their leadership development priorities with World 50’s executive communities and experiences to driving multi-year, recurring enterprise revenue.

This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on account expansion, renewal, and deep executive engagement.

In parallel, the role is responsible for cultivating a strong community of Chief Talent Officers across their territory, fostering peer connection, collaboration, and shared value among member organizations.

Success requires fluency in the executive development landscape, strong enterprise account planning capabilities, and the ability to convene and connect senior talent leaders in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Development & Account Insight

  • Develop a deep understanding of each target organization’s leadership development strategy, succession priorities, capability gaps, and investment timelines
  • Analyze how executive readiness is funded and deployed across business units and leadership levels
  • Map key stakeholders and decision-makers across HR, Talent, Strategy, and the C-suite
  • Stay current on macro trends shaping executive development, including transformation readiness, retention risk, and leadership acceleration

Strategic Enterprise Account Growth

  • Build and execute multi-year account plans aligned to client talent strategies
  • Align World 50 communities and experiences to specific leadership populations and succession pipelines
  • Identify expansion opportunities across functions, levels, and geographies
  • Drive enterprise penetration through deliberate relationship roadmaps and transition planning

Talent Ecosystem Partnership

  • Position World 50 within the client’s broader leadership development ecosystem (internal programs, universities, consultancies, coaching partners)
  • Design participation pathways tied to readiness and succession outcomes
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on how peer networks enhance executive effectiveness

Territory Community Leadership

  • Cultivate a strong network of senior Talent leaders across the territory
  • Facilitate meaningful peer connections and convene conversations around shared leadership challenges
  • Partner with internal teams to curate high-impact roundtables and forums
  • Strengthen cross-company engagement to reinforce the network effect of membership

Revenue Expansion & Renewal

  • Drive recurring enterprise revenue through multi-member adoption and expanded participation
  • Lead renewals grounded in measurable leadership impact and engagement outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for multi-year and scaled enterprise partnerships

Executive Relationship Stewardship

  • Maintain trusted relationships with CHROs, Chief Talent Officers, and senior business leaders
  • Conduct strategic reviews to ensure alignment between leadership priorities and participation
  • Partner internally to deliver high-impact experiences that translate into tangible organizational value

Performance Metrics

  • Recurring enterprise revenue growth
  • Multi-member penetration within large accounts
  • High renewal and retention rates
  • Expansion across leadership levels and functions
  • Strong executive engagement within your territory

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8-15 years of enterprise sales or strategic account leadership experience
  • Proven success selling into CHROs, Talent, or C-suite leaders
  • Track record of growing multi-year, recurring revenue partnerships
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling capability
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise buying environments

Experience in executive development, leadership advisory, or professional services is highly valued.

Role Impact
