Overview

Package: $140,000-180,000 + bonus

Reporting directly into the CMO, you will be responsible for spearheading the eComm platform for an owner of well known consumer good brands across the US.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall eCommerce strategy aligned with company revenue and brand objectives - both with Amazon.com and Retailer E-Business platforms including Walmart, Sam's Club and Kroger.
  • Sole management of the Amazon.com relationship (Sales & Investment strategy).
  • Own P&L for eCommerce channels, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Develop Company D2C Strategy within brand websites.
  • Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, channels, and technologies.
  • Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and value through Omni-channel platforms.
  • Oversee eCommerce platforms (Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Kroger.com, Etc. & Company direct brand websites).
  • Optimize site merchandising, product discovery, and checkout performance.
  • Partner with IT, product teams and 3rd party partners on platform enhancements, integrations, and roadmap planning.
  • Ensure site performance, security, scalability, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of eCommerce or digital commerce experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (extensive experience with Amazon preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibility.
