Vice President, Corporate & Civil Society Partnerships

DHR Global is supporting UNICEF USA in their search fora Vice President, Corporate & Civil Society Partnerships (VP-CCSP) to report to and work in partnership with its Executive Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer to lead a high-impact portfolio at a pivotal moment for the organization. The VP is a senior leader responsible for steering a large, complex, and long-tenured team. The VP also oversees a portfolio generating approximately $150M in annual revenue and significant gift-in-kind contributions while managing an approximately 30-person team with deep institutional
knowledge and strong retention.

The role requires a leader who can bring strategic clarity, strengthen team culture, and accelerate partnershipgrowth in alignment with UUSA’s mission and global UNICEF priorities. The VP will be a mission-driven, flexible,and creative leader who can navigate nuanced global structures, cultivate solution-oriented mindsets, and buildstrong cross-functional relationships. This leader must be equally comfortable engaging Fortune 100 companies,civil society partners, faith-based organizations, and global UNICEF stakeholders, and adept at bridging nonprofit,private-sector, and international development cultures.
