We’re partnered with a global leader in navigation and autonomy technology as they expand their U.S. defense footprint. Already active in key programs, they’re now hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth across new and adjacent opportunities, with a particular focus on land vehicle applications.

This is a high-impact role for someone who blends technical understanding of APNT/INS with a strong track record of winning business in complex DoD environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business with Tier 0 primes and Tier 1 defense integrators
  • Identify and capture adjacent program opportunities across the defense ecosystem
  • Partner with commercial, product, and engineering teams on growth initiatives
  • Position navigation technologies as critical enablers of targeting, guidance, and overall system performance
  • Build trusted relationships with primes, government customers, and end users through demos, briefings, and direct engagement

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years in BD or technical sales within defense environments
  • Experience in land vehicle programs strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of how navigation solutions integrate into wider defense architectures
  • Proven success selling into primes and navigating DoD procurement cycles
  • Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and commercial conversations
  • Must be a U.S. Person
