Head of Customs Brokerage Compliance – Licensed Broker (LCB) – U.S. (Hybrid/Remote)
Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full regulatory compliance across all U.S. licensed brokerage locations
- Serve as the internal authority on CBP regulations, rulings, and broker responsibilities
- Lead internal compliance audits, reviews, and remediation efforts
- Establish and enforce brokerage policies, procedures, and control frameworks
- Act as primary liaison with CBP, regulators, and external compliance advisors
- Advise senior leadership on compliance risk, regulatory developments, and governance
- Oversee training programs to ensure consistent compliance standards nationwide
Candidate Profile
- Active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) — required
- Deep expertise in customs brokerage compliance and CBP regulations
- Experience managing compliance across multi-site or national brokerage operations
- Strong knowledge of audits, enforcement actions, penalties, and risk mitigation
- Executive-level communication skills with regulators and senior stakeholders
- Able to operate independently with broad national responsibility
- Base salary of $150K–$200K plus performance bonus
