What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Develop and implement the revenue plan for the region, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding existing ones
  • Attract, hire, onboard, and coach top sales talent to achieve sales objectives
  • Provide thought leadership and deep data management expertise through content development and industry engagement
  • Engage with prospects and customer executives as part of the sales and account management team
  • Forecast quarterly revenue and provide insights to optimize internal processes and market positioning

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record in software sales and Finserv sales, particularly at the C-level
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience serving Finserv companies at an innovative technology firm
  • History of exceeding company sales quotas in a complex, enterprise sales environment
  • Significant leadership experience in high-growth SaaS organizations

  • Experience building and leading a successful team of SaaS software sales professionals
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills, particularly in C-level communications
  • Customer‑centric approach with a passion for mentoring and developing sales talent

  • Willingness to travel as needed throughout the region
