I’m excited to be partnering with a global clinical trial supply organization that is expanding its U.S. commercial footprint and hiring a high-caliber Business Development Director. This is a pure individual contributor opportunity for a commercially driven professional who thrives on building relationships, developing pipeline, and closing complex opportunities within pharma and biotech.
The organization delivers end-to-end clinical supply solutions including packaging, labeling, comparator sourcing, storage, and global distribution. With a strong operational backbone and proposal support infrastructure, this role allows you to focus on what you do best—winning new business and expanding strategic accounts.

Responsibilities and role context
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a strong understanding of clinical development and trial supply processes. Experience selling clinical supply, clinical logistics, or related pharma services into biotech and pharmaceutical sponsors is highly desirable. This is a role focused on building relationships, developing pipeline, and closing complex opportunities within pharma and biotech.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with knowledge of clinical development and trial supply processes
- Experience selling clinical supply, clinical logistics, or related pharma services into biotech and pharmaceutical sponsors is highly desirable
- Proven track record in winning new business and expanding strategic accounts
