The Taylor LEAD Foundation is an Idaho-based nonprofit dedicated to building a statewide ecosystem that helps girls get in the game—and stay in the game—through sport, leadership, and community. Through our iWIN Sports programming, we’re building a full pathway—getting girls in the game early, keeping them in the game with camps/clinics and support, and elevating women and advocates through connection and resources. This Program Director role will help lead and scale that impact across our flagship Game On! Sports Camps 4 Girls – Boise, the iWIN Networking Collective, and iWIN IX Grants (iWIN 9).
- iWIN Networking Collective (community + connection for women in sports and allies)
- iWIN IX Grants / iWIN 9 (our nine-grant ecosystem expanding access and keeping girls in the game)
This is a leadership seat for someone who thrives at the intersection of community, operations, people leadership, and program excellence. You’ll help build a high-quality, mission-driven camp, clinic, and community-program engine that families trust, participants love, staff are proud to lead, and partners want to champion.
What you’ll do
- Lead program strategy + launch for summer + school-year programming; set goals, outcomes, and evaluation
- Hire, onboard, train, and coach seasonal + year-round staff; build a safe, inclusive, high-energy culture
- Oversee operations that create an excellent parent experience (registration, rosters, comms, safety, compliance)
- Grow enrollment + partnerships with schools, community orgs, and aligned corporate/community supporters
- Support and operationalize iWIN Sports year-round programming (Networking Collective + iWIN IX Grants/iWIN 9)
Required (or strongly preferred)
- 3+ years in program management, youth development, sports programming, education, nonprofit programs, or comparable leadership
- Proven hiring/training/culture-building leadership
- Strong operational instincts + excellent communication
- Commitment to girls in sport and understanding barriers to participation
- Coaching/athletic background
- Experience launching/scaling a camp or community initiative
- Experience with membership programming/events and/or grants/assistance programs
If you want to be part of a growing foundation where your leadership will matter—and where you’ll help shape a statewide platform for girls in sports and women in sports leadership and community—this is the seat.
Interested candidates will be invited to submit an official application.
