Essentials Functions

  • Development and implementation of National DOD Military sales plan.
  • Achieve a continuous increase in sales activity with the end user customer group.
  • Create and implement Account Development strategy for a defined group of Turnkey/Segment accounts: 4PL Partners and DOD Branches of Government.
  • Mentor Account Executives with the objective of improving yours and their sales effectiveness in DOD Military activities.
  • Promote consistency with Account Executive implementation of the DOD Military Sales process.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing leader to grow the Interface brand within the Market.
  • Develop and Implement regional network strategy, including industry Association involvement, sponsorship and effective trade show strategy.
  • Continually monitor specific market developments, provide market information, and forecasts as appropriate.
  • Utilize Salesforce as a daily planning and measurement tool.
  • Nationwide travel approx. 40% on the road, 60% in the office.

Preferred skills and experience

  • 10+ years Military experience
  • US DOD Military End user sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
