Essentials Functions
- Development and implementation of National DOD Military sales plan.
- Achieve a continuous increase in sales activity with the end user customer group.
- Create and implement Account Development strategy for a defined group of Turnkey/Segment accounts: 4PL Partners and DOD Branches of Government.
- Mentor Account Executives with the objective of improving yours and their sales effectiveness in DOD Military activities.
- Promote consistency with Account Executive implementation of the DOD Military Sales process.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing leader to grow the Interface brand within the Market.
- Develop and Implement regional network strategy, including industry Association involvement, sponsorship and effective trade show strategy.
- Continually monitor specific market developments, provide market information, and forecasts as appropriate.
- Utilize Salesforce as a daily planning and measurement tool.
- Nationwide travel approx. 40% on the road, 60% in the office.
Preferred skills and experience
- 10+ years Military experience
- US DOD Military End user sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
