About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with a strong focus on Salesforce ecosystem and pre-sales consulting to join our global technology team.
This role combines strategic enterprise architecture leadership with hands-on solution design and client-facing presales engagement .
You will provide architectural vision and governance for large-scale, enterprise-level programs while actively supporting presales initiatives — translating business goals into scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture & Roadmap
- Define and maintain architecture vision, principles, and standards for enterprise programs and client initiatives.
- Develop and communicate technology roadmaps that connect current operations with future-state capabilities.
- Ensure architectural strategies align with organizational goals, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Presales & Business Alignment
- Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to understand client business needs and propose suitable Salesforce-based solutions.
- Participate in client discovery sessions, technical workshops, and proposal development.
- Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and value-driven solution designs.
- Present solution concepts, effort estimations, and architectural recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Technology Oversight & Governance
- Oversee enterprise architecture landscapes, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Guide cloud, data, and integration architectures, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce (SFDC Financial Service Cloud, Education Cloud, IT Services/HR Services (with Salesforce or ServiceNow), Experience Cloud).
- Evaluate and recommend frameworks, tools, and platforms that support strategic objectives.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as a bridge between business leadership and delivery teams, aligning strategy with execution.
- Partner with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and Delivery Managers to ensure solution consistency and quality.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor, educating teams on architectural best practices and technology trends.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance digital capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solution or Enterprise Architecture, ideally within consulting, system integrator, or enterprise environments.
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, including strong knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Clouds.
- Demonstrated involvement in presales or client-facing solution design, including RFPs, proposals, and technical workshops.
- Familiarity with telephony systems, BI/reporting tools, data management, and integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, EA6) and architectural governance.
- Experience ensuring data security, compliance, and privacy across integrated systems.
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic, analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings (up to 20%).
- Languages: English (C1–C2); German, Portuguese, or Polish is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Financial Services, CPG, Life Sciences or Healthcare industries.
- Exposure to FinOps, GreenOps, or multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in Managed Service or long-term enterprise program environments.
