Save Job

The Covenant School, an independent Christian Liberal Arts & Sciences school serving students in Pre‑K through Grade 12, is seeking a thoughtful and experienced leader to serve as Director of Academic & College Advising beginning July 2026.

At Covenant, education is understood as formation. Our faculty and staff view their work as a Christian vocation, taking personal responsibility for students’ intellectual, spiritual, and personal growth within a community where students are known, supported, and appropriately challenged. Academic and college advising is therefore fundamentally formative rather than transactional, guiding students toward self‑knowledge, wisdom, and discernment as they prepare for life beyond Covenant.

The Director of Academic & College Advising leads a comprehensive advising program spanning Grades 8‑12, overseeing academic advising, college counseling, and institutional advocacy. Working closely with faculty and school leadership, the Director guides students and families through academic and postsecondary decision‑making while ensuring that Covenant’s rigorous academic program is clearly and faithfully represented to colleges and universities.
