In this role, you will: Work with process teams to identify and execute improvement opportunities, projects, tasks & milestones, managing your own work to meet deadlines Collaborate with Lean Program Lead and project coaches on various phases of projects Bring together cross-disciplinary teams when working on complex problems or pursuing business opportunities Apply basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate Work Team Make decisions within limited options to resolve basic problems under supervision Operate in a structured environment using established procedures and seek guidance when needed Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
