
Loan Servicing Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused loan servicing support specialist in the Middlesex County, NJ area. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing residential and mortgage loans, loan applications, credit documentation, preparing loan files, loan underwriting, and more. Accurately input loan application data into relevant systems. Review and pull credit information to assess applicant eligibility. Collaborate with underwriting teams to assist in evaluating loan applications. Collect and organize required documentation from clients to complete loan files. Coordinate and file title work as part of the loan processing workflow. Ensure all loans meet compliance standards and regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address inquiries. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of loan files and processing activities. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a loan servicing role. Proficiency in loan administration and servicing processes. Strong understanding of mortgage lending and loan origination practices. Familiarity with credit analysis and mortgage underwriting procedures. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
