Gather business needs, translate into technical requirements, create functional specs and use cases, and coordinate across teams. Analyze data flows from varied sources, improve data quality, build reports and dashboards, and deliver insights for decision support. Support tool and system integrations, handle automation and data reconciliation needs, and participate in testing and validation. Communicate with stakeholders, assist users with questions and training, and identify opportunities for process and product improvement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 to 9 years of business analysis experience within financial services or credit markets. Strong knowledge of fixed income and credit market operations, plus solid analytical, problem-solving, and detail-focused skills. Skilled in data analysis and visualization tools, workflow automation, and integrating business intelligence solutions.
