The system is public-facing and is the backbone of the medical cannabis patient card registration and medical provider registration functions. The system has over 100,000 users including medical cannabis cardholders, pharmacists, and pharmacy agents employed by medical cannabis pharmacies, medical providers, and medical office employees. Responsibilities : Salesforce Development: • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions. • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products. • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other state systems using APIs, web services, and middleware. • Implement and manage Salesforce security and access controls. • Understand Salesforce administration. Technical Leadership: • Provide technical guidance and training to developers with less experience. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Ensure the state’s medical cannabis software system meets required security standards.
