Position Overview This role centers on supporting individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about their available benefit options. Representatives connect with members who have requested information, guide them through virtual consultations, and provide clear explanations of coverage choices. Daily activities include managing inbound and outbound communication, coordinating and hosting online appointments, completing required documentation, and participating in ongoing professional development. A structured training program and performance-driven systems are provided to promote consistency, growth, and long-term success.
