What You’ll Be Doing
Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through accepted offer and start date
Serve as a consultative partner to Directors and senior leaders
Build advanced Boolean search strategies and mine ATS databases for talent
Develop proactive engineering talent pipelines
Influence hiring decisions using data and market insights
Support competitive offer development in partnership with compensation
Contribute to reporting, analytics, and continuous TA improvements
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field
Experience recruiting Director-level and above roles
Advanced Boolean sourcing expertise and ATS mining capability
Ability to operate as an account manager guiding hiring leaders
Strong understanding of OFCCP and EEO guidelines
Broad recruiting background (not solely agency or HR generalist)
