Primary Responsibilities

Project Design Support: perform site analysis, including visiting new project sites to collect field data and photos required for design development.

Digital Drafting + 3D Modeling: produce and refine drawings/models using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Vectorworks, SketchUp, Pool Studio, Lumion/TwinMotion (or similar).

Presentations: build client‑ready presentations and design deliverable visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).

Outsourced Design Coordination: coordinate and manage outsourced digital design and construction document workflows as needed.

Design Time Tracking: accurately track design time for billing and internal reporting.

Estimating Support: provide take‑offs to support estimating and material ordering; assist with estimating as needed.

Construction Team Support: assist with permitting follow‑ups (city/county/HOA/utilities) and support special‑order/custom fabrication items (shop drawings, drawing review, production tracking).

Design Systems Optimization: help maintain and improve internal systems (file organization, licenses/subscriptions, tech stack, etc.).

Project Photos & Videos Management: assist with coordinating photography/videography schedules, managing edits/deliverables, and maintaining the portfolio.

Project Awards Support: track award opportunities and assist with submissions and deadlines.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D modeling, consistently producing clean, buildable, presentation‑quality deliverables.

Highly organized, able to manage files, versions, deadlines, and handoffs without confusion or rework.

Professional, clear communication with internal team members and external partners.

Proactive, detail‑oriented, and accountable work ethic.

Comfortable juggling multiple active projects and shifting priorities while maintaining a high standard.

Experience with high‑end residential work; “close enough” is not acceptable.
