
Pharmacy Configuration / Claims Adjudication Analyst
Location: Onsite in Tempe, AZ
Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm
Shift: Mon–Fri between 7:00am–6:00pm – must be available for an 8‑hour shift during this window.
Overview This role supports pharmacy benefit and claims adjudication accuracy by configuring plan benefits, researching adjudication issues, and partnering with internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
What You’ll Do
Configure pharmacy benefits, formularies, and claims logic based on approved change requests
Research and troubleshoot basic claims adjudication issues
Collaborate with internal partners to gather requirements, test changes, and ensure accurate delivery
Review testing results and maintain clear documentation of plan designs and configurations
What You Bring
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and research skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
