What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collect past due accounts across multiple lines of business
Correct billing errors while maintaining client account integrity
Manage account cleansing tasks, including payment application and reconciliation
Collaborate with various business units to assist clients and respond to inquiries
Organize daily activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of client service experience
Previous experience in collections, account management, and/or billing reconciliation
Proven time management skills and ability to work independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
