What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Master and own commission reconciliation and analysis
Build tools and solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy of commission payments
Manage user roles, profiles, security procedures, and workflows in the commission system, ensuring adherence to audit controls
Continuously monitor data quality and perform regular data cleansing
Provide front-line user support for commissions and sales systems, including Salesforce and DocuSign
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissions processing or sales analysis
Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills
Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Snowflake
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with superior time-management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with CaptivateIQ and other sales tools like Salesforce and DocuSign
Familiarity with performing and completing audit and business controls
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing standards and company needs
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
