Door-to-Door Leadership Trainee

$50K–$125K

(Base + Commission + Bonus)

Full training program for qualified candidates to learn how to train, manage and motivate field marketing and canvassing representatives in the lucrative home improvement industry.

Responsibilities:

Canvass older neighborhoods to find old original windows and damage roofing

Educate homeowners on special finance programs and schedule free presentations for windows. roofing and bathrooms.

Qualfied candidates will learn how to train,manage and motivate a team of canvassers

Requirements:

Outgoing and approachable personality

High energy and money motivated

Coachable and willing to learn

Reliable car or truck

Comfortable working outdoors
