What You Will Be Doing As a National Account Executive (NAE), you will be responsible for engaging in outside business development, which may require you to spend more than 50% of your working hours away from the office. The NAE will market Renu’s services to the various clients which include but are not limited to: Property Managers, Asset Managers, Owner/Operators.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Understanding construction materials and practices.

Able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage time effectively.

Develops, maintains, implements, and revises as necessary for individual marketing plans.

Attends and assists in promotion of assigned nationally sponsored events, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned Renu marketing functions.

Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressed.

Documents and maintains field work and activity through Dynamics.

Able to price and negotiate jobs with the assistance of our Estimating team.

Acting as the company’s representative to ensure demands are met with a focus on improving overall customer experience.

Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.

Generate business leads and handles promotion of all Renu Verticals and National presence.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

3-5 years of executive sales or marketing experience required.

High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.

Background in multifamily renovation, hospitality and construction required.

Must have reliable transportation

Must have an existing book of business and loyal client base.

Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast moving, deadline driven environment

Proficient with Microsoft word and excel

Self-starter, embrace ambiguity, and bring their own uncompromising standards of excellence.

Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel within the United States. May require overnight travel at least 20% or more as needed.
