Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team at Thesalonhype. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for our company's various platforms, including social media, website, and advertisements. You will work closely with our marketing team to bring our brand's vision to life through engaging and visually appealing videos.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, website, and advertisements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with our brand's vision and goals
- Select and edit raw footage to create compelling and visually appealing videos
- Add music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the video's impact
- Ensure that all videos are delivered on time and meet the company's standards and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our video content
- Manage and maintain video equipment and software
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
- Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A portfolio of previous video editing work is required
