Compensation and Benefits Anticipated Hiring Salary: $3,720/month

This is a full-time (equivalent to 40 hours per week), non-exempt position.

Job Summary Under the general direction of the Assistant Athletic Director for Football and Director of Recruiting Operations, the Assistant Director of Recruiting will assist in all aspects of recruiting and evaluating potential student athletes.

Key Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in standard office methods, procedures and practices to troubleshoot most office administration problems and respond to all inquiries and requests related to work area.

Knowledge of office machines and computer software, including Microsoft Office, electronic mail, electronic business forms and the internet

Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation and spelling, and the ability to draft accurate, professional business correspondence

Demonstrated competence in understanding, interpreting and communicating procedures, policies, information, ideas and instructions

Budget and purchasing practices, policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.

Minimum two years’ experience working in a collegiate football office.
