About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to oversee on-site operations for multi-family residential projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ground-up or renovation multifamily construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive schedules, safety, and quality on complex jobs.
You’ll serve as the
primary on-site representative , ensuring that each project is completed safely, on time, on budget, and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and field personnel
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to maintain project timelines and goals
Schedule, monitor, and inspect work for quality assurance and compliance with plans/specs
Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety protocols
Review and manage project schedules, materials deliveries, and manpower
Track and document progress, delays, and changes (daily reports, photos, RFIs, etc.)
Assist in resolving field issues, conflicts, and design discrepancies
Maintain relationships with subcontractors and promote a positive team environment
Ensure compliance with building codes, company standards, and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
3+ years of experience
as a Construction Superintendent or Foreman in
multi-family, commercial, or residential construction
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Proven track record of delivering projects safely and on schedule
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, etc.)
OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
