What you'll be doing day-to-day
Getting to know our customers personally and building trust that keeps them coming back (and referring their friends and family!)
Reviewing their current coverage with fresh eyes and suggesting smart, personalized options that actually fit their life right now
Stepping in to handle the trickier situations — working hand-in-hand with the rest of the team to make sure things get resolved smoothly and everyone leaves happy
Sharing your knowledge of our auto, home, life, and other products confidently — whether it's with someone we've worked with for years or a new neighbor who just walked in
Who we're hoping to find
Someone who's already got solid experience in insurance sales, account management, or a similar customer-focused role
A valid Florida insurance license
A natural people-person with strong communication and leadership vibes — you enjoy chatting, listening, and genuinely connecting
Comfortable and enthusiastic about sales conversations (we believe in helping people protect what's important, not high-pressure tactics)
